Shipping policy

As many items are made-to-order, all sales are final. No refunds / exchanges will be made unless item(s) are damaged during shipment and reasonable proof can be submitted within 14 days of delivery. In case of damage during shipping, a replacement item will be sent. If no replacement is available, a full refund can be requested by contacting info@howieday.com.
